We process and ship your order within 1 business day so that you can start enjoying your purchase as quickly as possible. You will be notified of your order status every step of the way. 

• Free shipping on orders over $100
• For orders under $100, standard shipping cost is $10, calculated at checkout.
• Pickup is available on the Gold Coast

DELIVERY TIMES

• QLD metro areas delivered within 2 - 4 business days after the order is dispatched.
• NSW & VIC metro areas delivered 3 - 5 business days after the order is dispatched.
• SA & WA metro areas delivered 5 - 10 business days after the order is dispatched.
• Note: Rural areas may take longer.

CANCELLATIONS

We are happy to cancel any order, as long as your order has not already been processed and packed by us. 

Please note: All payment processing/transaction fees will not be refunded, as these are not charged by us, and will be deducted from your refund amount.
