Is there a way to get the rest of the Liquid Wax Melts from the bottom of the bottle?
Absolutely. To get the most out of your Liquid Wax Melt, as you get to the bottom, pop it in the microwave in 5 second intervals and it will loosen the remaining product. We often just run our Liquid Melt under hot water for a safer option!
How long will my Wax Melts last?
Our Wax Melts use the maximum fragrance load and highest quality soy wax, so our customers can get the most out of their order. Use 1 to 2 melts in your burner and they last a long time between changes. Want more? Pop in another cube.
*If you are not sure you can smell your melts anymore, we recommend putting them in a space with a closed door and leaving it for 30 minutes to test.
Can I use the Liquid Wax Melt in an electric burner, or does it have to be flame?
You can absolutely use it in an electric burner or a regular oil burner. When using our Wax Melts and Liquid Wax Melts in an oil burner with an open flame, never leave it unattended.
What's so great about Liquid Melts compared to a regular melt?
This is a question we get A LOT and we knew it needed answering.
✨ It's a bottle of goodness and you get to decide how much you squeeze into the burner or warmer. This is a WIN all on its own as there is less wastage.
✨ Because our Liquid Melts are in liquid form, we are able to use twice the fragrance load in each bottle, so the Liquid Melts are definitely stronger.
✨ Changing over the fragrance is super simple. Simply wipe out your burner or warmer and start again.

Are your Room Sprays safe for pets?
Jaspa Room Sprays are considered safe around pets. We of course don't recommend using them as a "cologne" or spraying them directly on animals, as some fragrances can be harmful to them. We have pets ourselves and know of other customers who have used our sprays around animals without any negative side effects.

Where are your products made?
Our products are lovingly whipped up right here in Australia (on the Gold Coast to be exact). No passport required. We source everything from Aussie companies too, so every scent you enjoy also supports local legends.
Do you accept returns?
Sadly, no take-backs for a change of mind (our scents are like soulmates, you've got to commit 💖). But if your order's having a diva moment: faulty, damaged, or "Jaspa sent you the wrong goodies", drop us a message within 14 days of receiving your goodies 💌 and we'll make it right.
