Refund Policy

At Jaspa we create every product with you in mind. But if your order’s having a diva moment — faulty, damaged, or "Jaspa sent you the wrong goodies" — drop us a message within 14 days of receiving your goodies 💌 and we’ll make it right.

For a Refund, We simply request that the products are returned. 

Please get in touch with us at hello@jaspa.com.au and will we assist you in getting your purchase returned. 

Return shipping will be at the customers expense.

Please Note: Once item is returned and refund has been processed, please allow up to 5 days for your bank to release the money. As usual we will be with you every step of the way!

*Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges on any Mystery products purchased. As these are heavily discounted and are chosen at random we cannot accept any returns for these items.
